2026 Stewardship Campaign

Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ,

Saint Paul’s 2026 Stewardship Campaign is now underway. Living in community requires us to come together in Christ to achieve the mission of the church, which is the mission of God. As we celebrate our five years as a mission church, our theme is “We are servants of Christ and stewards of God’s mysteries.”

In the coming weeks, the secular world will bombard us with many other ways of giving. Unlike any other time in the past, we ask that you give first to your parish home, Saint Paul’s Wesley Chapel. As servants of our Lord, Jesus Christ, there are countless ways to contribute for the proper functioning of Saint Paul’s.  By sharing your time, talent, and treasure, your contributions will reflect Christ’s light in the world through Saint Paul’s.

Each of us will answer the call to be Christ’s servant differently. Remembering that everything we have belongs to God and that our talents and treasure are given to us by our Creator, who knows each of us by name, let us commit to being faithful stewards of these holy mysteries, which include Saint Paul’s.

Our patron saint, Saint Paul, directed us to pray unceasingly. Accompanying this letter, is the invitation to prayerfully make your pledge to Saint Paul’s as a promise to give back to God for 2026. You are invited to pause and reflect, before you fill out your pledge, whether online or on paper. Pray about your 2026 commitment, perhaps discussing it with your family. Important, also, is seeking discernment about how God is calling you to share your many talents and gifts. Please pay special attention to both sections of the form and share with us what time and talent offerings you would like to learn more about in 2026. The following are questions are offered to support you in your discernment: What do you want Saint Paul’s to look like in 2030 for our 10th anniversary? What will your answer be when asked by God, at the last, “What did you do with the Gospel treasure I entrusted to you?”

Our formal campaign will span four weeks in November and will conclude on Sunday, December 7th, the Second Sunday of Advent. We ask that you return your 2026 commitment form by that date so that your, and all other pledges from our Saint Paul’s community, may be given a priestly blessing and offered to God during the Mass. You are invited to gather for a celebratory meal immediately after the Mass in the fellowship hall—please save the date!

If there is anything we can do to support you in your journey with Christ or stewardship questions that we can answer, simply reach out to me, your stewardship chair, as well as your Bishop’s Committee leaders. Thank you for your generosity.

Your Servant in Christ,

Greg Donham, Chair
