Explore C.S. Lewis’ Mere Christianity and the Book of Common Prayer
Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

The faith community of Wesley Chapel Episcopal Church (WCEC) invites you to join us as we explore the classic work by C.S. Lewis, Mere Christianity, a powerful apologetic for the Christian faith, and our own understanding of our faith as practiced through the Book of Common Prayer* in the Anglican/Episcopal tradition. We will dig deep into our own faith tradition to re-discover the pearls of the BCP while learning how to personally and communally lean into our Christian faith.

Testimonial

“The current Christian Formation Series brings together C.S. Lewis’s Mere Christianity with the Book of Common Prayer.  I have participated in every session.  The series has expanded my understanding of both books (I had read Mere Christianity about twenty years ago).  Mother Adrienne has been an invaluable guide.  She leads us through the material in an understandable way, and brings historical and theological background to illumine the BCP liturgy that we recite during worship services each week.  The series has been quite worthwhile.”  – LJ
